Humble Potato opened its first location as a new casual cafe 

combining classic American plates with a Japanese twist. Owner, Eric Ong's mantra for the eatery is understated simplicity full of surprises in it's addictive menu. The interior design theme is comfort with a fun dose of Japanese pop culture layered in with graphics and decor.
